케이스쉴러지수(미국의 20대 도시 집값)가 2020년 이후로 ONE-SIDE로 계속 오르고 있다.

어떠한 자산도 ONE-SIDE로 계속 오르지는 않는 것 같다.

미국 부동산 가격이 한국 부동산 보다 훨씬 많이 올랐다고 한다.
